Creating Resources and
Workshops for Educators
As an instructional leader, I have create several workshops for teachers to develop their PD. Usually these workshops are mainly focusing on the use of technology in the classroom because many teachers are still struggling with the technology. Having conversations with teachers, often time, when the new technological advancement in education has been introduced, it often falls on a point in their lives where they were unable to learn. By providing them the resources and lessons, we are able to do build capacity and build sustainability in the educational programming in the school.
